Abstract

This volume contains the Proceedings of the First International Workshop on Learning with Imbalanced Domains: Theory and Applications - LIDTA2017. This Workshop is co-organised by the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support - INESC TEC and Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, Portugal and the Department of Computer Science, Virginia Commonwealth University, RichmondVA, USA. The Workshop is co-located with the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases(ECML/PKDD) 2017 and is held on the 22nd of September 2017 in the Hotel Aleksandar Palace, in Skopje, Macedonia.
